Are they any good?
Yes – Operating since 2016. We prepare over 1,500 meals locally each week. It’s great or we will replace it free.
Why should I order meals?
Because you are busy.
Sometimes, it’s just hard to find the time to cook. Having a healthy prepared meal helps to reduce stress and gives you time back with your family.
To Save Money
The meals are great for dinner, and at that price they save you money. But do you buy lunch at work? A family of 4 has 28 lunches and 28 dinners per week so there is quite a lot of money to be saved.
To Eat Healthier
It’s easy to get distracted by unhealthy food when there are no healthy options in the fridge ready to go. We deliver every week so that you have healthy food whenever you need it.
Why are they so cheap?
We believe healthy nutritious meals should be affordable for everyone.
We have special relationships with local businesses and as it’s a social enterprise, it keeps costs low. You are supporting local businesses and helping our charity programs at the same time.
Are they as good as other meal services?
Yes
We have tried many of them, and ours are as good as, or better than other services selling for twice the price. The variety is great, it’s cooked by chefs and sourced from local ingredients.
How do I get a membership number?
When you purchase any of the $3 Meal Deal or UrMeals offers, we will email you a welcome letter which includes your member number. As this is done manually, please allow up to 24 hours for a response.
Can I place an order without a member number?
Yes, just write ‘paid’ if you’ve made a purchase, or ‘not paid yet’ in the member number field if you haven’t yet made a purchase. Please make a payment first whenever possible.
What size are the meals?
They are all in 470ml vacuum-sealed packs. Some space is needed for the vacuum seal.

What are the containers made of?
Recyclable plastic. The plastic film should be discarded and the container washed before recycling.

Do they really look like the pictures?
The pictures are indicative of what you can expect.
Can I have more meals or less meals?
Yes! We deliver in batches of 7 meals. Double it, or triple it, if you like.
Although we only deliver in batches of 7 meals, you can come to our 2 café locations to pick up more or less if you’d prefer.
How often does the menu change? Weekly
We like to make sure that you always have something new to try, we change our menu every week and the menu is seasonal, using seasonal vegetables.
How big is the menu each week?
Between 20 to 30 Delicious Dishes to choose from Per Week
The current $3 Meal Deal menu has approx 10. meal choices. The UrMeals has up to 15 meal options available. This will increase over time.
The other Meal Deals are already heavily discounted and no further discount is possible.
