Develop a no fuss, easy and sustainable method of fundraising
UrCommunity specialises in providing Highway Collection services to the not for profit sector. At our current level of Highway collection fundraising, we anticipate that we will be able to raise between $30K and $60K in a 12-month period for your charity. Once we’ve agreed on the promotional level you require, we will set about getting all the permits, leaflets, and other items required to ensure the successful launch of your Highway Collection campaign
Choose the level of marketing the Foundation would like to use
Highway Collection can provide your charity with a very effective yet inexpensive way to raise awareness about who you are and how your charity is assisting Australians.
Colour leaflets – you can elect to use the services of UrCommunity volunteers to help create the copy & artwork for your leaflet or supply us with the copy & artwork you may be using for other marketing activities. Although we do not charge for developing the colour leaflet for you, there is a charge for printing them in colour. You can order lots of 5, 10, 15 or 20K DL leaflets and we will provide you with a quote for your authorisation. The most recent quote we received was for around $600 for 20K of double sided full colour 150gsm gloss leaflets. (You can elect to have them printed in black and white which will reduce the cost).
Raise funds with no investment requirement
Our basic Highway Collection package requires no outlay and we can start your Highway Collection campaign from between 4 to 6 weeks from signing. Once we commence, you will receive a statement on the Monday/Tuesday following our collection outlining the amount we collected for you. These funds will be deposited to your nominated account on that day and should be available within 1 to 3 business days.
Project Outcomes
The UrCommunity Highway Collection collaboration will allow your charity to:
· develop a no-fuss, easy and sustainable method of fundraising
· raise funds with no investment requirement
· choose the level of marketing the Foundation would like to use
· funds raised are deposited into the Foundation’s nominated account on the Monday following the weekend collection
