There has been several reports on media channels including social media of carnappings and home invasions connected to carnappings. Community have come up with petitions for more police presence and more residents are organising their own Neighbourhood Watch which most of us support. But what else can we do to prevent or deter would be carnappers from making as victims? Here is a simple solution….
